After Travis Kelce’s controversial reaction gained traction online, Blackwell took to sharing a video expressing his dismay, stating, “I’ve just received the most embarrassing news. I feel like I want to disappear.”
Travis Kelce recently poked fun at Love is Blind during his podcast featuring his brother, Jason Kelce. In a recent episode of New Heights, Kelce not only teased the popular reality dating show but also delivered a comical impersonation of one of its cast members. Following the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s playful jabs, Love is Blind personality Chelsea Blackwell reached out to his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, with a plea.
The internet was set abuzz by a hilarious exchange between Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce and his brother, former Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce, which quickly went viral across social media platforms. The uproarious moment unfolded in a TikTok clip where Travis enthusiastically encouraged Jason to give the reality show “Love Is Blind” a chance.
“Jason, you gotta watch Love Is Blind, man… It is worse than Catching Kelce, but it is so f**king good,” Travis, the 34-year-old athlete, urged his brother in the video.
Attempting to sway Jason further, Travis emphasized, “Honestly, I just want you to watch the one girl, and to just hear her,” referencing a particularly intriguing character from the show.
However, Jason remained resolute in his stance, replying bluntly, “I’m not watching.” Despite his brother’s insistence, he seemed uninterested in diving into the world of reality television.
Undeterred, Travis responded with laughter and couldn’t resist poking fun at Love Is Blind contestant Chelsea Blackwell. Mimicking one of her memorable lines from the show, he jestingly quoted, “‘You think I’m clingy? I’m clingy? Really?’”
Yet, Jason’s disdain for the show was palpable as he expressed, “I’m not watching that trash. I’m not encouraging Netflix or any of these other subscription channels to make any more of this nonsense bulls**t.”
The contrasting reactions of the Kelce brothers provided a humorous insight into their differing tastes in entertainment, entertaining audiences and sparking discussions across social media about the merits of reality TV and sibling banter.
As Travis’ viral reaction circulated, Blackwell took to a video message, expressing, “I’ve just received the most mortifying news. I feel like I need to disappear because Travis Kelce impersonated me.”
In her candid address, she added, “The only reason this man even knows my name is because I was whining like a baby-back b**ch.” Blackwell then appealed directly to Taylor Swift, urging the singer to cease watching the show with her boyfriend. “Taylor Swift, if you’re tuning in with him, please, just stop,” she implored.
