Former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Robin Windsor has tragically passed away at the age of 44.

Tributes pour in for Windsor, who joined the BBC competition in 2010 and participated in four series until 2013. He had to withdraw from the show after experiencing paralysis for four days due to a slipped disc.

Windsor made a memorable return to Strictly in 2014 for the show’s first same-sex dance, partnering with Aljaž Škorjanec.

During his tenure on Strictly, Windsor partnered with celebrities including Patsy Kensit, Anita Dobson, Lisa Riley, and Deborah Meaden. He achieved his highest placement with Riley, finishing fifth in 2012.
