In a significant move, the royal couple has been spotted publicly for the first time since the surgery. They have now issued a statement as they embarked on a helicopter trip to spend quality time with their children: George, aged 10, Charlotte, aged 8, and Louis, aged 5.

“A spokesperson for the royal couple conveyed, ‘The Prince and Princess express their deep gratitude for the overwhelming outpouring of support and heartfelt messages received from individuals across the U.K., the Commonwealth, and beyond, following Her Royal Highness’ recent message.’ Kate and William were observed boarding a helicopter outside their Windsor residence on Saturday, March 23.

‘They are deeply moved by the public’s compassion and warmth, and appreciate the understanding shown for their need for privacy during this period,’ the spokesperson continued. This marks the couple’s initial public appearance since the announcement. They are anticipated to retreat to their Anmer Hall residence in Norfolk, prioritizing cherished moments with their children and commemorating the Easter holiday. As per palace announcements, Kate’s chemotherapy sessions have necessitated a revision to her Easter engagements. The royal family has requested tranquility and respect for their privacy during these challenging times.”

King Charles Expresses Support for Princess Kate Amidst Cancer Diagnosis

Amidst Princess Kate’s cancer diagnosis, reports have emerged revealing King Charles’ deep pride in his daughter-in-law for her courageous demeanor throughout this ordeal. Despite his own battle with cancer, the King intends to visit St. George’s Chapel in Windsor next weekend, aiming to provide solace and support to the public during this challenging period for the Royal Family. According to The Mirror, both the King and Camilla have recorded Easter messages, scheduled to air at Worcester Cathedral on the day preceding Holy Thursday.

Although Princess Kate hasn’t disclosed the specific type of cancer she’s facing, she has confirmed undergoing preventative chemotherapy since February, following medical advice.
