Man Who Filmed Kate Middleton Slams Conspiracy Theories About Her Health

Nelson Silva, the man who filmed Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, at a market in Windsor, has strongly criticized those spreading doubts and conspiracy theories about her health. Speaking to The Sun, Silva emphasized that he witnessed Kate looking relaxed alongside her husband, Prince William. The video, which has garnered significant global attention, captures Kate Middleton smiling while dressed in leggings and a black top. Despite the clarity of the footage, doubts persist among some social media users who claim the woman in the video isn’t the Princess of Wales.

Expressing his frustration, Silva stated, “What more evidence do you need to give her a break? I thought once this video came out, the speculation would quiet down. But these individuals are so deeply entrenched in the drama now.” He went on to criticize public figures, including celebrities with large online platforms, for perpetuating false narratives due to their unwillingness to admit error.

Silva, an engineer, admitted he was unaware of the rumors surrounding Kate Middleton’s health when he encountered her at Windsor Farm Shop. “I’m not surprised that these comments persist; I’m just puzzled as to how they can persist,” he remarked, reaffirming the authenticity of the video and the relaxed atmosphere it depicts between Kate and William.

The footage, showing the 42-year-old Duchess of Cambridge carrying her shopping bag, was released by The Sun on Monday. Concerns about Kate’s well-being escalated following her admission to the London Clinic for planned surgery on January 16, leading to rampant speculation on social media about her recovery. Kensington Palace announced that Kate was “making good progress” after the surgery and stated it would not provide regular updates on her private medical matters. Kate is anticipated to resume official royal duties next month, following the Easter school holidays.
