Kylie Jenner Opens Up About Decades of Cyberbullying and Family Insecurities on ‘The Kardashians’

It just gets exhausting. I hear nasty things about myself all the time. Like, I’ve never cried about this before, but I guess it does affect me.”

Refuting misconceptions about extensive plastic surgery, she clarified, “I always loved myself—I still love myself—and one of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure child who underwent numerous surgeries to change my face, which is false; I’ve only had fillers.”

She disclosed that her family, including her siblings, often teased her about her ears. In a revealing moment with her sister Khloé Kardashian on the July 2023 episode, Kylie confronted the issue, saying, “You don’t realize how you guys always talked about my ears?” Khloé responded by explaining that she had only commented positively because she liked Kylie’s ears. However, Kylie expressed how these remarks were received differently, stating, “But I didn’t receive it like that. I received it like everyone was making fun of my ears, calling them dopey. Like that, f—– me up.”

Kylie further shared that she never paid much attention to her ears until these family jokes made her self-conscious.
