Josh Brolin embraced humor during his opening monologue on the latest episode of “Saturday Night Live” on March 9. The actor, known for his role in “Dune 2,” shared a humorous anecdote about a “super creepy poem” he wrote about fellow actor Timothée Chalamet.

With a light-hearted tone, Brolin invited the audience to judge the poem’s creepiness before reciting a verse from his coffee table book, Dune: Exposures.”The excerpt he shared described feelings of uncertainty and admiration towards Chalamet.

Clarifying his intentions, Brolin assured the audience that the poem wasn’t about romantic interest but rather a quirky habit of writing poems about his colleagues. He even teased a poem about Kenan Thompson, playfully highlighting Thompson’s timeless appearance.

In a surprising twist, Brolin revealed his long-standing practice of cold plunges, likening the challenge to hosting “Saturday Night Live. To demonstrate, he stripped down to his socks and underwear and submerged himself in an ice bath, much to the delight of the audience.
