This year marks a significant milestone as Create TV, the producer of Mickela Mallozzi’s series, will broadcast the St. Patrick’s Day parade nationally on television for the first time. Mallozzi will co-host alongside Irish TV presenter Francis Brennan, adding to the excitement of the event.
Viewers can tune in to watch the live TV broadcast on Sunday, March 17, from 8:30 am to 10 am EDT. For those unable to catch it live, the parade will be rebroadcast at 3:00 pm EDT and 8:00 pm EDT on the same day.
As part of Create’s “Celebrate the Emerald Isle” marathon, two episodes of Mallozzi’s series, filmed on location in Ireland, will be featured. The marathon, highlighting Ireland-centric programming, will commence at noon EDT on Sunday, March 17.
In addition to Create’s live broadcast, the Dublin St. Patrick’s Day parade will be available for live streaming on various platforms including FoxLiveNow, iHollywoodTV, Irish Central, Reuters, and Tourism Ireland’s US Facebook page.
Excited about the upcoming festivities, Mallozzi expressed her honor in being part of Create’s St. Patrick’s Day programming. She emphasized her deep connection to Ireland, a place where she enjoys dancing, making music, and celebrating.
“Bare Feet with Mickela Mallozzi,” her Emmy Award-winning travel TV series, showcases the traditional dance and music culture of countries worldwide. Mallozzi, who is of southern Italian descent, shared plans for her 15th trip to Ireland in May, where she intends to film new episodes, exploring both Northern Ireland and the northern region of the Republic of Ireland.
Reflecting on her experiences, Mallozzi expressed her passion for connecting with people through dance and hoped to inspire others to consider Ireland for their travel adventures.
