Death Investigation Initiated After Tragic Crash on 405 Freeway in Culver City Claims Life of Baby, Injures Another Child

In the early hours of Monday morning, tragedy struck on the 405 Freeway in Culver City, prompting a death investigation following a devastating crash. The incident occurred at approximately 4:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes near Centinela Avenue, as reported by the California Highway Patrol (CHP).

Upon arrival at the scene, CHP officers were met with a heart-wrenching sight: two young girls, one an infant aged around 5 or 6 months, and the other between 7 and 9 years old, were found on the right shoulder of the freeway.
