Actor Chance Perdomo Dies at 27 in Motorcycle Accident: Remembering His Impactful Career

Chance Perdomo, renowned for his roles in the television series “Gen V” and “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina,” tragically passed away at the age of 27 due to a motorcycle accident, as confirmed by his publicist to Variety. The statement expressed deep sorrow over Perdomo’s unexpected demise, emphasizing his vibrant passion for the arts and zest for life. Authorities have indicated that no other individuals were involved in the accident. The family has requested privacy as they mourn the loss of their beloved son and brother.

Further details regarding the location of Perdomo’s passing are pending clarification from his publicist. Representatives from the Los Angeles Police Department were unable to confirm if the incident occurred in Los Angeles. Requests for comment from the LA coroner’s office remain unanswered.

Perdomo, born on October 19, 1996, in Los Angeles, California, relocated to Southampton, England, with his mother during his childhood. He attended Redbridge Community School before pursuing his acting career in London, where he trained at the National Youth Theatre and Identity School of Acting.

Known for his portrayal of Ambrose Spellman in “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” and Andre Anderson in “Gen V,” Perdomo’s talent and warm personality left a lasting impact on those who knew him. Colleagues expressed shock and grief over his passing, recalling him as a charming, talented, and kind-hearted individual.

His acting credits include roles in various television shows and short films before his breakthrough in “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.” Perdomo’s performance in the 2018 TV movie “Killed by My Debt” earned him a BAFTA nomination for best actor in a leading role. Additionally, he starred in the “After” film series as Landon Gibson.

Production on the second season of “Gen V” has been postponed indefinitely following Perdomo’s untimely death. His absence is deeply felt within the entertainment industry, leaving a void in the hearts of his fans and colleagues alike.
