Photographer Alleges Unfair Treatment, Forced Witnessing of Megan Thee Stallion’s Intimate Moment

Emilio Garcia, a photographer formerly employed by Megan Thee Stallion, has filed a lawsuit claiming he was subjected to distressing experiences while working for the hip-hop star. Filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, the suit alleges that Garcia was forced to witness Megan engaging in intimate acts with another woman during a night out in Ibiza, Spain, in 2022. Garcia contends that he felt trapped in the situation, unable to leave the moving vehicle and stranded in a foreign country.

According to the lawsuit, Garcia experienced feelings of embarrassment, mortification, and offense throughout the ordeal. The following day, Megan allegedly instructed Garcia never to discuss the incident and proceeded to berate and fat-shame him. Additionally, the complaint asserts that Garcia was mistreated as an employee, despite being classified as an independent contractor, and faced a hostile work environment exacerbated by Megan’s possessiveness and abusiveness.

When Garcia raised these concerns with Megan, he was terminated from his position the following day after four years of service. He has since filed a job discrimination complaint with the California Civil Rights Department.

Megan’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, has stated that the lawsuit is solely an employment claim for financial gain and does not include allegations of sexual harassment. Spiro intends to contest the lawsuit in court, dismissing the accusations as an attempt to embarrass Megan.

The lawsuit names Megan, her companies Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment and Hot Girl Touring, and her label, Roc Nation, as defendants. Garcia is seeking financial damages to be determined at trial, citing severe emotional and physical suffering due to his treatment on the job, termination, and witnessing the distressing incident in the SUV. Defense responses are pending, with no immediate comment from representatives of Roc Nation.
