Meet ‘Iris, Kerala’s First AI Teacher: Revolutionizing Education with Technology”

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has infiltrated nearly every aspect of our lives, mimicking human thought processes to analyze, learn, and create. Initially making waves in social media, where AI tools churn out captivating images and videos, its influence has since spread to more serious realms. Now, a school in Kerala is embracing AI to revolutionize education, aiming to inject fun and engagement into learning.

Nestled in the coastal city of Thiruvananthapuram, the KTCT Higher Secondary School, under the Kaduvayil Thangal Charitable Trust, recently introduced an AI teacher. Partnering with Makerlabs Edutech Private Limited, the school unveiled “Iris,” a humanoid AI teacher and the first of its kind in Kerala.
