Shocking Revelation: Anthony Rendon’s True Feelings About Baseball Will Leave You Speechless

Los Angeles Angels third baseman Anthony Rendon expressed his perspective on baseball during the team’s spring training camp on Monday. Rendon, who has faced injuries throughout his career, stated that baseball has never been his top priority and that he plays the sport primarily to earn a living.

He emphasized that his faith and family take precedence over his job as a baseball player. Rendon, now 33 and a father of four, acknowledged that his perspective has shifted with marriage and parenthood, but reiterated that baseball remains important to him, albeit not his foremost focus.

While discussing his commitment to the game, Rendon acknowledged that baseball is indeed a priority because it is his profession. Despite his challenges with injuries, Rendon signed a lucrative seven-year, $245 million deal with the Angels in December 2019 following his World Series victory with the Washington Nationals. However, he has struggled to maintain consistent playing time due to his injury history.
